Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A CONTRACT—READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES A RELEASE AND LICENSE FROM YOU, AND A LIMITATION OF CERTAIN OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
Eligibility: The Contest 2025 Titans Cheer Guess the Roster Contest (“ContestContest”) is open to legal residents of Tennessee, Alabama & Kentucky and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Tennessee Football, LLC, doing business as the Tennessee Titans (“Sponsor”), Cumberland Stadium, LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.
Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. These Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X formerly known as Twitter, or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, X formerly known as Twitter, or Instagram.
How to Participate: The Contest starts on April 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on April 30, 2025 at 4:59 PM CT (the " Contest Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Participants may enter the Contest by completing an entry form on https://on.tennesseetitans.com/tb_app/520590, through Tradable Bits (each, a “Submission” or “Entry”). Completion of the Entry constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Entries may be submitted using this entry method beginning on April 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT and ending at 4:59 PM CT on April 30, 2025 (the "Entry Period").
All roster sumbissions are independent of the actual Titans Cheer selection process and hold no evaluative weight or consideration by the Titans or its judging panel.
Restrictions: By submitting an Entry, Entrant hereby warrants and represents that the Entry conforms to the Entry Requirements set forth herein. Entrant agrees that his or her submission is an original work of authorship and he or she owns all right, title and interest in the entry as of the date of submission. Entries cannot defame or invade the publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the Entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the Entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. If any identifiable person appearing in the Entry is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian is required to provide permission. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any Entrant at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with the Sponsor's image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, in its sole discretion. By entering the Contest, Entrant agree to assign all right, title, and interest, including copyright rights, in the entry to Sponsor and grant permission for Sponsor and its respective designees to publish or publicize all or part of their entry, including but not limited to Entrant's name, likeness and photo, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional and trade or other purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide for a five year period after the end of the Contest, without notice or permission and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Choosing Winners: There will be one (1) Prize winner selected from the entry method detailed above. The Prize winner will be selected using the following process:
· Following the Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) winner from all eligible participants those who entered the Contest on https://on.tennesseetitans.com/tb_app/520590, through Tradable Bits. The winner will be the fan who submits the most accurate Cheer Roster. If no participant submits a 100% correct roster, the fan with the most correct selections will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, the participant who submitted their entry first will be selected as the winner.
The winner must be present to claim prize. Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner by email on May 6, 2025. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible according to these Official Rules; if a potential winner decides to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever; or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the prize may be awarded to another entrant based on a subsequent random drawing. Sponsor will provide the Prize winner(s) with the Prize, or with a voucher, certificate, or other document giving the person the unconditional right to receive the Prize, within thirty (30) days of notifying the Prize winner(s) that they won. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance.
Odds: The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
One (1) Prize: One (1) VIP Experience at 2026 Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders Final Auditions. (“ARV”): $0.00 Prize consists of a unique, experiental opporurtunity with no retail or cash value.
All details, including exact nature of prize to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest: $0.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
Entry Details: By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that he/she owns or has rights to the intellectual property included in his/her meme, his/her Submission does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Entrants further warrant and represent that (1) Sponsor shall own the Submission (and all material embodied therein); (2) that by entering, the entrant irrevocably assigns to Sponsor and its designees any and all rights, title and interest in the Submission including but not limited to all intellectual property rights; and (3) that Sponsor and its designees shall have, without limitation, the perpetual, right, but not the obligation, worldwide to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the Submission in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further consideration, notification or permission of entrants, winners or any third parties or, at its discretion, remove any Submission. The name of the “authorized account holder” associated with any given email address or social media account will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete or misdirected entries, Submissions or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections connections including those through facebook.com/Titans, Twitter.com/TennesseeTitans or Instagram.com/TennesseeTitans; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Contest -related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise; or the administration of the Contest; or the processing of Entries or Submissions. Use of any device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and any entries or submissions received through such means will be void. Entries or Submissions will be disqualified if they contain inappropriate material or language, including profanity.
Personal Data and Privacy Policy: By entering the Contest, Entrants consent to the handling of their information as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://www.tennesseetitans.com/about-us/privacy-policy. For a Submission, Participants will provide their first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and zip code. Sponsor will provide a checkbox for interested participants to opt-in to receiving marketing from Sponsor..
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable or Sponsor being unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the next highest point total may be awarded the corresponding prize. Sponsor will issue a 1099-Misc for Prizes, to the extent required by applicable law. Each Entrant is responsible for any payment of all local, state, and federal taxes resulting from the income attributable to the receipt of any Prize and should consult his or her professional legal and accounting advisors regarding the tax effects of his or her respective Prize(s).
By participating, each entrant acknowledges and agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) that his/her Submission (and all components thereof) will not be acknowledged or returned; (3) that Released Parties and their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (4) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability, loss, injury or damage to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participants or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entrant’s participation in this Contests, the use of any photo or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect Submissions or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension or termination, at its discretion, select the Grand Prize winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of such action. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to post all approved Entries for public viewing in any format.
Disputes: THESE CONTESTS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THESE CONTESTS SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASVILLE DIVISION, AND SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE. As a condition of participating in these Contests, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Contests, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering these Contests). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
SPONSOR WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE CONTESTS OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESE CONTESTS IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
